A Chicken in Dungarees!

I promised a chicken in dungarees so, here he is

Don't you just love him?  I sure do!

This fun little guy is part of my Wonky Braid block for Judith's month as hipBees' Queen Bee.

Judith's block is based on the Free Pieced Chevron by Tall Grass Prairie Studio with a few adjustments for her preferences.  She sent us all some of her yummy scraps (funky dungaree chick included) in colour coded packages and asked us to make one of these for her Miss September month.

This was a great wee block (try the tutorial if you don't believe me) and I can't wait to see how Judith will put together the gorgeous braid blocks appearing on the flickr group already. (The hipBees are quick of the mark this month - keenos!)

Hope you like your funky chicken braid J!
