Sew Mama Sew! Giveaway Day!

It's Sew Mama Sew's biannual Giveaway Day which I'm sure you haven't failed to notice on your wandering around the blogs today.



Since I seem to have had my head buried in sand and didn't realise this was happening until yesterday and since I'd really like to give something away to one of you lovely peeps, I have two half yards of Denyse Schmidt loveliness to send someone's way.  See?




One print is Chicopee and the other is Hope Valley but you already knew that, right?

Anyway, if you'd like a chance of these popping through your letterbox, please just leave me a comment below telling me what the best giveaway item you've won has been, or if you haven't won, what giveaway item you would most love to have won.  Easy peasy.

Please folks, make sure that you are not a no reply blogger or that you have at least included your email in your comment.  If I cannot contact you by hitting reply to your comment or if you don't leave an email, I will have to redraw and I'd hate you to win and miss out on that technicality.  Winner will be drawn Sat 11 May, entries close Fri 10th 5pm PST (which I think is midnight GMT, but don't hold me to that!)

So that's it, one comment with means of contact, international entries welcome.  Have fun with all the other giveaways too!




ETA - If you enter the giveaway - thank you!  I will read every comment but am struggling with replying as there are many and some glitch also seems to be throwing me notifications of entries to another giveaway so I am sifting these out of my emails too.  Be assured I am reading about some of the great things you guys have won, and wish I had enough fabrics to send to all of you who have never won a giveaway!

    I have won a couple of giveaways. My favorite though, was a Terrain charm pack with a 1yd cut of fabric. Great way to start off my love of all things Kate Spain. Especially Terrain.

    I love these 2 ds prints! I won a go! baby cutter once, that was awesome! I just made a drunkards path pillow from the fabric cut by the dies, way faster and more accurate than by hand!

    oooo - those fabrics are devine. I am a huge DS fan.
    The best thing I have won (and actually it was Miss 8 who won it for me) was a sewing machine bag. Now I can take my sewing machine to quilt group and not have to worry so much about it rattling around in the boot of my car.

    The best giveaway (fabric) I won was a box of novelty fabric scraps. I won it almost a year ago and I'm STILL using it. Now it's mostly to share with others (I love trading fabric).

    No fabric? I once won a giant plush M&M doll. It was HUGE (and I may still have it somewhere in my house. . .)

    Believe it or not, the best giveaway I ever won was an iPad 3. TRULY! My sister-in-law's company had a contest and I signed up so she would have some family support--AND I WON! I told them they didn't need to award me the prize since technically I was a family member but they sent it to me ANYWAY. I also won a Kona dark solids charm pack one time and I was almost as excited about that.

    thats hard to say... I'm pretty excited about anything I win..including twine.. but the best I think has got to be a really nice hand made leather bag in red... I've sicne put away all my other bags and that has been my main one.. thats a lot considering I changes bags with my outift.. but it's just so darn nice.

    One time I did not win, but the wonderful lady who hosted the fabric giveaway noticed I was a quilter (which she was not). She said, although you did not win, I do not have any friends that quilt. I have tons of scraps that are just too small for my projects. Do you want them? Sew, she sends me this huge box of scraps and let me tell you, some of the scraps were 4 yards in size!!!! To me they were yards of fabric, not scraps!!!     I won some Liberty scraps last year. I'd never used tana lawn before but now i'm a little bit in love. They were also quite tiny, so i really had to think about to how to use them, but it made me think a lot and be more creative. It really gave me a push and i'm very grateful it did!
